If you have published your book through another platform, you may have been enrolled in 'Expanded Distribution'. This allows whomever you published your books with to list them on other venues. They would be responsible for paying you any earned royalties for sales. Please check with whomever you published your book with to confirm.
Creating or accessing a B&N Press Vendor Account does not change this. A Vendor Account only lets you publish new eBooks or Print Books directly through B&N Press and earn royalties on those future sales. It does not let you claim or redirect royalties for a book that reached bn.com through Expanded Distribution from another platform.
