Store transactions will not appear as part of your Sales Reporting, but they will appear as part of your Payment Reporting once they have been paid out.
You can distinguish a store sale from an online sale, as an online purchase will show a Sale Price and a Unit Royalty Price, where store purchases will show $0.00 for the Sale Price and Unit Royalty Price, but there will be an amount in the Royalty Paid column.
