As of March 2026, a Bank Beneficiary Address will now be required in your Vendor Account before we can issue royalty payments. A Bank Beneficiary Address is the address your bank has on file for the account holder receiving the funds. This may be a home or business address.
Please review the Bank Beneficiary Address section in your Vendor Account.
If your Taxpayer address is the same as your Bank Beneficiary Address, no changes are needed.
If your Taxpayer address is not the same as your Bank Beneficiary Address, uncheck the checkbox next to "Use my Taxpayer information address for the beneficiary address" and update the address fields in the Bank Beneficiary Address section.
Please note, due to federal banking regulations, PO Box addresses cannot be used for a Bank Beneficiary Address. A physical address must be entered in this section.
Once the address is updated, hit Submit for Verification.
