You may receive an Ink Saturation error when uploading your file or when we begin the printing process.
If you receive an Ink Saturation Error, this means that we are unable to print your Barnes & Noble Press Print project because your project contains heavily printed pages and/or the paper will not absorb the ink.
To resolve this, consider making one or more of the following changes:
- Change the fully printed images to pictures that use a tonal scale,
- Upgrade your project to the next printing level, and/or
- Switch to a heavier paper
If printed as is, your project could print with rippled pages, smearing, and possibly ghost images or bleed through from one page to the next.
