You can make a print book available for pre-order up to 6 months in advance of your publication date.
You can continue to make changes to your book during the pre-order period. If you need to change the list price of a pre-order you can do so. Customers will be charged the list price recorded at the time they pre-ordered the title.
You must upload your final interior and cover files at least 10 business days before the publication date. If you're unable to do so, you must push your publication date, or your book will go off sale. Customers who pre-order your book will not receive your book until after the publication date has been reached. The book will be shipped on the publication date and the customer will be charged the list price you set. You will then see the sale reflected in your Sales Reports.
When selecting your book size and type, please remember that the printing cost is based on the estimated page count you selected. If your actual page count surpasses the estimated page count, your printing cost will change, thus affecting your royalty earned.
