It is recommended that you order a proof copy and review it for typos, layout adjustments, and other revisions you may want upon seeing your book printed. As the self-publisher, you are responsible for your finished project and you should feel proud of your accomplishment!
If you have an open order for a proof copy, once the order has been delivered, you will see the 'Put On Sale' button for each project.
Once you click "Put on Sale", you will not be able to edit or update your book until it finishes processing. Print books take approximately 3-5 business days eBooks take up to 24 hours to be available on bn.com.
As a reminder, B&N Press items are print on demand and, therefore, are not returnable or refundable, so making your corrections ensures you are putting out a quality product.
Note: Once a project a published, the title cannot be changed. A new book will need to be created.
