There are seven types of sales reports to choose from:
• Sales by Week
• Sales by Month
• Sales by Year
• Recent Sales
• Custom Date
• Pre-Order
• Payments
Clicking Sales by Week/Month/Year Report will bring you to your Sales page for that date range, where you can find all of your past sales history broken down by week/month/year. The current month of sales will be displayed by default.
Custom Date Report gives you an option to view your sales for a specific start and end date. Maximum range allowed for this report is 6 Months.
Recent Sales Report are your sales from the last 2 days i.e. Today and Yesterday. Selecting one of these reports displays the following information and can also be exported as a spreadsheet by clicking "Export Excel Sheet" at the top of the page:
Sale Date: This is the date on which your eBook or Print Book was sold.
Title: This is the title that you chose for your book in the "Book Details" section.
Format: This is the format of your book - eBook/Print Hardcover/Print Paperback.
BN ID / ISBN: This is the 13-digit identifier that we assigned to your eBook or if you entered an ISBN for your print book under "Book Details" that will be displayed in this column.
eBook ISBN: If you entered an ISBN in the "Book Details" section, that ISBN will be displayed in this column.
Author: The Author details you entered in the "Book Details" section.
Publisher: The Publisher Name you entered in the "Book Details" section.
Selling Currency: This column lists the currency where the sale occurred.
List Price: This column shows the List Price you entered for your book in the selling currency. If you changed your List Price and customers made purchases at both List Prices, then you will see multiple lines for your book -- one line at each List Price.
Payment Currency: This column lists the payment currency of the vendor.
Unit Royalty: The amount of money you are due for each sale of a particular book at a particular List Price in the payment currency. This royalty is calculated based on our Royalty and Payment Terms.
Units Sold: The number of books sold each day.
Units Returned: The number of books returned by customers each day.
Net Units Sold: The number of books sold minus books returned for each day.
Print Cost: This is the cost to print your book and is specific for Print Books only. You would see the print cost as "0" for eBooks.
Total Royalty: The total amount of money earned by each book each day in your payment currency. Net Units Sold multiplied by Unit Royalty equals Total Royalty.
Royalty %: This is the percentage of each sale that you will make based on the List Price that you have set. This royalty rate is calculated based on our Royalty and Payment Terms.
